• What we were not told was that parking was 25.00 dollars. The 25 dollar fee announcement was posted on a sign facing the opposite side of where you pull in to park. So there was no way for us to see this, as it is a one way street. It was not until we left the vehicle that the check-in desk informed us of the fee.
• Crown Casino is now open and ready to welcome you back. Restrictions on the gaming floor will apply, with safety as our priority. The Western Australian Government requires Crown Perth to maintain a mandatory contact register of all guests and employees as an additional protection measure to control the spread of COVID-19.
• Valet parking is available at the Atrium Entrance - Whiteman Street, Southbank. Fee is for a maximum of 24 hours, thereafter standard rates apply. $80 per vehicle – 11am to 11pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday $70 per vehicle – all other times.

Please note if your ticket is not validated, you will be required to pay the usual parking rates. Ticket must be availed on the day you dine in the participating venue. Payment must be made either by cash, by debit or credit card. The Star practises the responsible service of alcohol. Guests must be aged 18 years or over to enter the Casino.

Accessibility for Guests with Disabilities

The entire Crown Center complex, including the retail center and both hotels, is handicapped-accessible. A limited number of courtesy wheelchairs are available at Customer Service on Level 2 of the Crown Center Shops. Handicapped-accessible parking is available on Levels 2A and 3A of the Crown Center Shops parking garage. Two parking spaces for oversized vans are available on the 25th Street entrance to the parking garage on the east side of Grand (by The American). Additionally, two handicapped parking spaces are available on Grand Boulevard, near the Grand Boulevard entrance of the Crown Center Shops. The Grand Boulevard entrance is also handicap van accessible.

Validation

Three hours of free parking is available in our retail parking garage for all guests with a validation slip from any Crown Center shop or restaurant. You can get another three hours for free when you have $25 or more in same-day receipts from any Crown Center shop or restaurant. Show your receipts at Crown Center Customer Service and receive your six-hour validation slip. (Please note: receipts are not accepted at the parking gate – so be sure to validate your ticket at Customer Service before leaving.)

Exiting the Garage

When you are ready to leave the garage, take your parking ticket and validation slip to any pay-on-foot kiosk or garage exit station and follow these four easy steps:

• Insert your parking ticket
• Scan your parking validation slip
• Pay any balance amount due
• Remove your validated parking ticket and proceed to your car to exit the garage

Bus Parking:

Bus parking is available along Warwick Trafficway between 26th and 27th Streets, as well as along McGee Street Trafficway north of 26th Street. Download this map for more information.

Electric Vehicle Charging:

The KCP&L Clean Charge Network consists of more than 1,000 electric vehicle charging stations. The Crown Center complex is home to 22 stations that will serve 44 electric vehicles.

The stations are located in the following garages:

• Pershing Office Garage, 3 stations, Gold Level near 2460 Elevators
• The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center, 3 stations, Orange Level
